Please enter your review.&lt;br /&gt;This shoe, from Saucony is quite a unique shoe weighing in at 4.4 ounces (Men's) from a major player in the running shoe market.&amp;nbsp; It is truly a barefoot shoe since it weighs in less than a Vibram Fivefingers&amp;nbsp; Bikila it's close rival.&amp;nbsp; It's heavier brother the Saucony Kinvara comes in at 7.7 ounces. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My review of the shoe compared to the Vibram Bikila, is the heel is soft&amp;nbsp; and rubs just a little, plus the lining is soft. It's wide in front for great toe spread.&amp;nbsp; Just noticed that my bunion left foot joint was a little sore since it appears to go inward a little since the toes are not separated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As with all ball of the foot running shoes, a break-in period for 4-6 weeks average, to adapt to mid-foot strike on the ball of the foot pad. Please enter your review.&lt;br /&gt;This shoe, though from New Balance incorporates a Vibram sole and was developed by Senior Designer Chris Wawrousek and Team New Balance ultramarathoner Anton Krupicka, who helped test and develop NB Minimus.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My review of the shoe compared to the Vibram Bikila, is the heel is stiffer and rubs, plus the lining is not as soft.  So after my initial two barefoot runs, I put on Injiji liner socks.  I might be able to go sockless after few weeks in them. Update, I ran 8 miles on trails in the Santa Monica Mountains from Reseda Blvd. South to Mulholland trailhead to Lookout point and back and had a great run, but still with sock liners.  Seems they have a break in period on the heel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As with all ball of the foot running shoes, a break-in period for 4-6 weeks average, to adapt to mid-foot strike on the ball of the foot pad.
